Convectmax Four Shelf Stainless Steel Convection Oven - Commercial Quality
This convection oven uses hot air circulation for high thermal efficiency and even heating, with a timer and thermostat to regulate time and temperature for different foods. A steam spray function keeps food moist where needed, and the double deck tempered glass door adds heat insulation while a micro switch stops the fan immediately when the door opens, helping prevent injury from hot gas.
