The Prismafood DSA Rolling Machine makes 26cm - 40cm pizza bases & guarantees large volume production & optimal results thanks easy to use, high quality Italian made equipment. Ideal for rectangular bases.
The Rolling machine saves time & does not need specialised operators. It has been designed to quickly shape the dough for pizza, bread, cakes, little pies, etc. It works without warming the dough keeping its characteristics unaltered. The selection of the thickness for the final dough is a quick & user-friendly operation. On all the rolling machines the thickness between the rollers is adjustable from 0 to 5 mm. Includes Foot Pedal for smooth & fluent control of the machine.
