This enclosed aluminium bakers rack provides protected transport and storage for baked goods in commercial kitchens and bakeries. The clear perspex side panels and two individual half doors with magnetic catches keep produce secure from contaminants while maintaining full visibility. It features eight fixed rail tiers that can be expanded to fifteen tiers using the removable rails, allowing you to adjust the spacing to suit your specific tray requirements. The lightweight aluminium frame is mounted on four 100mm swivel castors, including two braked wheels to keep the unit stationary during loading and unloading.
