This 66L vertical spiral dough mixer with a 3 speed gearbox is ideal for commercial kitchens, bakers, and bread, pizza and cake makers. It includes a 66 litre stainless steel bowl and dough hook, with a 25kg flour or dry ingredients capacity to handle large batches. The hinged protective guard automatically turns the mixer off when lifted, adding a layer of safety alongside the safety overload switch and emergency stop button. Heavy duty recessed castor wheels with wind-out stability floor anchors make it easy to move into position and lock firmly in place for use.
