This 6 burner gas stove with a 2/1GN oven is suitable for either natural gas or ULPG, with jets for both included, making it a flexible fit for commercial kitchens and catering establishments. Six heavy duty cast iron open burners with flame failure technology deliver strong, even heat, while the thermostat controlled oven runs from 100 to 300°C for baking and roasting. Robert Shaw controls and a thermal coupling safety valve add reliable, everyday safety, and the kick plate at the bottom makes servicing easier.
