CATER MASTER
This vertical spiral dough mixer with variable speed control, timer and 2 step programmable function is ideal for commercial kitchens, bakers, and bread, pizza and cake makers. It includes a 34 litre stainless steel bowl and dough hook, handling anywhere from 0.25kg up to 12.5kg of flour or dry ingredients. The hinged protective stainless steel guard automatically turns the mixer off when lifted, and the inching button lets you safely empty the bowl with the guard up. An emergency stop button and reverse rotation function add further everyday safety and control.
