This countertop hot food warmer is suitable for 5x 1/1GN or 10x 1/2GN steam pans (not included) and is ideal for serving and displaying hot meals and foods in commercial kitchens, caterers, restaurants and outlets serving hot food. The stainless steel cabinet features a square, toughened glass display for optimum visibility of products, with 4 heating elements for even temperatures and thermostat control across low, medium and high settings. Four heat lamps complement the display and add extra warmth from above, while access is provided via 3 rear sliding glass doors on rollers for easy opening and closing. A rear valve makes draining and cleaning easy.
