This Countertop Hot Food Warmer is suitable for 4x 1/1GN or 8x 1/2GN steam pans (not included) and is ideal for serving and displaying hot meals and foods.

The stainless steel cabinet features an sloping, toughened glass display for optimum visibility of the product. The unit has 4 heating elements for even temperatures and is thermostatically controlled with low, medium and high settings. 3 halogen heat lamps compliment the display and add extra warmth from above. Access is provided via 2 rear sliding glass doors on rollers for easy opening and closing. A rear valve makes draining and cleaning easy.

Ideal for commercial kitchens, caterers, restaurants and outlets serving hot food.
