This 0.6m countertop hot food display cabinet is made for keeping pre-heated pies and other hot food warm, visible and ready for service. The four chrome wire shelves give flexible display space for approx. 60 pies, making it useful for commercial food service counters, bakeries, dairies, cafes, caterers and restaurants. The fixed front glass helps customers see the contents, while rear sliding glass doors give staff access from behind the counter. A temperature dial, cabinet gauge and slide out crumb tray add practical day-to-day control and clean-up convenience.
