PRISMAFOOD
This Italian-made dough rolling machine shapes pizza, bread and pastry dough into bases from 26cm to 40cm without warming or altering the dough. Parallel rollers with a gear transmission system and adjustable thickness from 0 to 5mm let you set the base to the thickness you need, and the electric foot pedal frees up both hands for handling the dough. It's suited to pizza on tray (rectangular shape) work and doesn't require a specialised operator to run.
