The stainless steel cabinet features a 2.284kW element with 35 - 85 Degree Celsius temperature range and is coupled with a angled glass top featuring infra red heat lamp and two sliding glass doors. Ideal for commercial kitchens, caterers, restaurants and outlets serving hot food.
