BONVUE

This countertop wet bain marie provides reliable hot food display and serving for commercial kitchens, caterers, and restaurants. The stainless steel cabinet features a sloping, frameless toughened glass front for optimum product visibility, while the air-insulated double-skin construction helps maintain consistent serving temperatures. With four heating elements and three overhead halogen lamps, it delivers even heat distribution across the entire display area.
