Convectmax Four Shelf Stainless Steel Convection Oven - Commercial Quality
This Convection Oven is novel in design, reasonable in structure, easy in operation, durable use and convenient in maintenance.
Featuring hot air circulation heating for high thermal efficiency & even heating, as well as being equipped with a timer and thermostat which can regulate the time and temperature in relevance to various foods.
The Convectmax also contains a steam spray function for food that needs to be kept moist.
The double deck tempering glass door design is elegant and excellent for heat insulation and a micro switch by the door stops the fan from working immediately to prevent injury from hot gas gush.
Perfect for supermarket, fast food restaurants bar kitchens etc.
