This Cater Master 11 litre twin electric deep fat fryer is built for fast food restaurants, takeaways, fish & chip shops and commercial kitchens. Twin 5.5 litre stainless steel vats give you 11 litres of frying capacity in total, with a double thermostat letting each vat be set independently up to 190 degrees. Safety temperature cut out switches add peace of mind during busy service, and it comes complete with 2 mesh frying baskets and stainless steel lids to keep things covered between use.
