This bench top single flavour soft serve machine is suitable for low or non-fat ice creams, custards, yoghurt and sorbet, making it a good fit for delicatessens, ice cream parlours, cafes, restaurants, takeaways, health or fruit shops and more. Separate hopper refrigeration keeps the mix pre-cooled below 4.4°C, while standby mode maintains product temperature in both the hopper and freezing cylinder during quieter periods. A mix low light alerts you when to top up mix to prevent the cylinder over freezing, and the built-in counter tracks dispenses per day and in total, helping keep an eye on usage.
