This Countertop Hot Food Warmer is suitable for 3x 1/1GN or 6x 1/2GN steam pans (not included) and is ideal for serving & displaying hot meals and foods. The S/S cabinet features an angled, toughened glass display for optimum visibility.
Three heating elements for even temperatures and is thermostatically controlled with low, medium & high settings. 2 halogen heat lamps compliment the display and add extra warmth from above.
Access is provided via 2 rear sliding glass doors on rollers for easy opening and closing.
A rear valve makes draining and cleaning easy.

Ideal for commercial kitchens, caterers, restaurants and outlets serving hot food.
