This cold salad and noodle bar is built for presenting and serving chilled foods, with an 800 litre capacity two door cabinet below and room for five 1/1GN pans up top under the tempered glass canopy. A 22cm deep PE chopping board is included, and the stainless steel build with LED interior lighting keeps it practical for busy service environments.
