This 1.36m chilled prep bench gives you refrigerated storage and a stainless steel work surface in one unit, suited to food preparation in commercial kitchens and catering settings. The two self-closing doors with magnetic seals keep the cabinet sealed between uses, while the height-adjustable, GN1/1 pan compatible shelves let you set up the interior to suit your containers. Fan-forced cooling with a rapid recovery rate helps the unit stay at temperature during service, and castors with front wheel brakes make it easy to move and lock in place.
