This 6.4kW commercial convection oven with dual fan assist and steam function is ideal for commercial kitchens. The enamel oven chamber offers 116 litres of capacity across a 4 tier rack with 4 aluminium alloy trays, giving you plenty of room for batch cooking. Two fan assist motors keep heat distributed evenly throughout, while the double layer glass door helps retain heat and makes it easy to monitor cooking without opening the oven.
