This Twin Pan Stainless Steel Deep Fryer features two 13 litre pans allowing you to fry two separate food types at different temperatures without the risk of cross contamination, ensuring your kitchen is both efficient and hygienic at all times.

Boasting Blue Seal's innovative Vee Ray technology, these fryers are made with two 12.5kW infrared burners and offer an incredible 31kg/hr production rate, delivering superb performance to improve your cooking times and maximise your frying output.

The fryer can be thermostatically controlled: 145 - 195 degree celsius, and the heat is provided by high efficiency infra-red burners rated at 90MJ/hr.
