BLUE SEAL by MOFFAT
This twin pan stainless steel deep fryer features two 13 litre pans, letting you fry two separate food types at different temperatures without the risk of cross contamination, so your kitchen stays efficient and hygienic at all times. It's built with Blue Seal's Vee Ray technology and two 12.5kW infrared burners, offering a 31kg/hr production rate to help improve cooking times and maximise frying output. The fryer is thermostatically controlled from 145 to 195 degrees Celsius, with heat delivered by high efficiency infra-red burners rated at 90MJ/hr.
