Returns Policy

Goods may be returned if they are damaged, faulty or where the goods delivered are not those ordered.

SAVEBARN will not take responsibility for any items lost in transit being returned back.

If returning goods, they should be returned back to SAVEBARN within 7 days of receiving them. If not returning goods in person, they should be sent via a courier company.

All returns must be pre-arranged with a SAVEBARN sales representative, goods returned that have not been pre-arranged will not be accepted.

Goods returned must be in original condition and packaging. They must also include all accessories and a copy of the tax invoice.

All goods except faulty goods must be unopened. If a product, within its warranty period, is defective or damaged, it will be repaired or replaced at no further charge, alternatively SAVEBARN, at its discretion, may offer a refund on goods where repair or replacement is not possible.

SAVEBARN gives no express guarantees unless they are in writing.

Unless the goods are acquired for business purposes, SAVEBARN will repair or replace any goods which fail to comply with any guarantee contained in the Consumer Guarantee Act 1993.
